Foot Spa for everybody

Well this was one way of weaving essential oils into our rhythm that I didn’t think of. Foot spas.
My poor son (just out of shot there doing his homework) has an ingrowing toenail and so tonight I made a bowl of warm water with Epsom Salts, Apple Cider Vinegar and Tea Tree Oil (in carrier oil) added to the water. Of course the little one wanted to join in, so a drop of lavender oil in a carrier oil for her in the water has left her feeling ver relaxed…can you tell.
For a busy two year old who is on her feet most of the day this is going to become a regular treat, maybe we can all do it together 😉
Tonight I will dilute two drops of @doterra melaleuca (tea tree) oil for the fungus and bacteria and 2 drops of Eucalyptus oil for the inflammation in 10 ml of Fractioned coconut oil, my son can then apply this to the affected area a couple of times a day on well dried feet after his foot spa. Let’s see how he goes…
Of course if swelling persists and his ingrowing toenail becomes painful or weeps then off to the doctors we will go, but for now let’s see if the power of nature can help us save that trip!
