When I began ‘The Handcrafted Year’ one of the things I wanted to do, was to build a collection of beautiful  seasonal makes to take individuals into a world of magic through the seasons. From being a child I have always been fascinated with dolls and items crafted in miniature, they hold so much magic for me, my fascination still lies deep within, no doubt whispers of those evenings spent reading books about fairies and elves in faraway lands under my duvet cover.  My love of tiny worlds has only been perpetuated as I started creating small seasonal displays around the home for my little one and this is where the idea for magical mini makes started.
 
All tiny, all full of detail to hold the imagination of anyone who sees these hand crafted scenes. I have also included a small printable piece of artwork to display alongside your felt artwork.
