The Waldorf style birthday crown has always been a year on year favourite in our home since the little one was born, each year I like to design a beautiful crown that reflects the time of year or her interests. Of course it does not have to be a birthday to wear a crown, and so inspired by a request from the little one to have a summer meadow themed party I decided to design a summer meadow theme party set. I hope you like this crown as much as I do. The mixed media approach to embroidery in this project certainly add depth and detail to something which i feel is a great project for beginners as well as accomplished needlework enthusiasts.
