This week I had an email, “Read the Sunday Times Rich List” why not depress myself I thought. So I scrolled through the list of entrepreneurs and businesses who had made it rich in the pandemic. At the bottom of the page was a small link to ‘Also in the Sunday times list of top Philanthropists’ and it got me thinking. This world is the wrong way round, we value the wrong things and celebrate the growth of the ‘self’. So when I came to upload my Pentecost/Whitsunday guide today I decided I want to try something new.

How great would it be if ALL my guides could be free for everybody! No matter their financial circumstances, where they live. It’s surely what I was made for to make these packs for all. Of course I have to make a living, so after seeing a ‘pay it forward idea’ I thought going forward I would be nice to trial it and see if it can work.

Those of us who are able to can donate any amount you like for any of my free resources. In donating you are enabling me to keep creating and paying it forward to allow the guides to be free for others to use.

An Ode to Sacred Motherhood

Oh that hair. How often I stand above her just wanting to caress those blond curls, smell and kiss her beautiful head, her head that cradles her beautiful mind.

Children are amazing! They are absolutely the reason for me that I believe in a higher place than our own. In that life is more than just mere coincidence and evolution. How a soul so perfect in their own unique way, can find their way into our lives through an act of deep love between two....

Now I’m not just talking two in the ‘biological sense’ two souls who choose to take this journey - no matter what their gender or sexuality and those who choose to navigate the path of parenting alone. The act of creation itself is awe inspiring, but the most awe inspiring thing I see on here say by day are the journeys of those who nurture and provide love and shelter for these perfect little souls day by day as they grow into beautiful human beings.

This is an ode to you, to love on the deepest level, to compassion, to the awe inspiring efforts, the tears, the frustrations the extraordinary things you all do for those little souls, and for the world, for the future.

A playdate and painted snow

Our first play date in over a year! And what a JOY it has been.

It had snowed overnight but that didn’t stop us exploring rainbows in the sunshine! Rainbow snowmen, and paints in the melting snow.

Lovely opportunity to play and socialise with lovely friends who we have missed so much! Here is to many more play dates (and mum dates) and fun ahead!
