Our Winter Book Selection

We love books of all types in our home, we read everyday to the little one during circle time and bedtime and all the moments in-between. We also read aloud to the older two (aged nine and twelve) after the little one is tucked soundly into bed.
The selection of books on this post is for the whole of the winter season and I will usually split them into months and sometimes weeks, the selection I have of books i try to ensure gives a rounded view of the season, and does not necessarily reflect the religious aspect of the time (although I have one nativity book in there) it more reflects the spirit and nature of the time of year and books draw attention to this as well as the things the little one will experience as winter sets in.
